K.C. Kless

As an avid runner and sports fan, K.C. has appreciated how physical movement assists with finding strength and release from the anxieties of the modern world. He believes the practice of yoga follows that path while offering profound depth and a framework for taking clarity and belonging ‘off the mat.’

K.C. has been guiding classes of students for decades. Up until recently, those classes were filled with middle school students hoping to achieve academic goals. He has been teaching yoga to children since 2019, has completed the 300-hour Foundational teacher training, and is in the process of completing the Advanced teacher training at World Peace Yoga. Teaching yoga at World Peace is a terrific opportunity to guide others to find their most brilliant humanity.

It was in March of  2022 that K.C.  suffered from a seizure and doctors finding a significant mass in his left temporal lobe.

K.C. is living with and recovering from brain cancer. THE YOGA MIRACLE: Because K.C. has the combination of memories of being in the World Peace Yoga studio space, physical memories of practicing and teaching there, and muscle memory of the poses and cues in his body, it allows him to teach and focus on that one thing – teaching.

You may find K.C. co-teaching or in a pre-recorded class bringing you a fun, experimental, and joy-filled yoga practice.
