Breathwork + Meditation

Did you know that group meditation has the potential to decrease violence and increase peace in the world?  Meditation truly is medicine…it is a remedy to the chaos, turmoil, and unrest being experienced in our world. Meditation assists with bringing greater balance and peace to your life and increases your ability to intuit, empathize, and act with compassion.

Breathwork + Meditation (all levels):  Interested in bringing more mindfulness into your life and replacing your stress with serenity, your fatigue with vitality, and your confusion with clarity? Through breathing techniques, guided meditation (seated or lying on the back in the form of yoga nidra), and the power of meditating in a group setting, this practice assists with bringing balance to one’s life through the greater development of intuition, empathy, compassion, focus, calm, energy, and inner peace. Explore your inner universe and connect with your authentic self.
