Anna Ferguson, the co-founder of World Peace Yoga studio, a yoga teacher for over 20 years, worked for nearly 5 years, but really her entire life, to now bring to the world a ground breaking new yoga book.

Anna wasn’t always set on becoming a mindful, peace-oriented yoga teacher. Growing up, you would have found her trotting off to school during the week and devouring junk food. In college, Anna was introduced to the world of yoga, and she has never looked back. Her life and the lives of many participants in her classes and trainings have been transformed through the practices of yoga.

Her journey into becoming a yoga teacher, co-founder of World Peace Yoga studio and the Cincy VegFest, and now author of World Peace Yoga: Yoga for People Who Breathe has been long and fraught with obstacles, but the lessons she has learned through it all have assisted her to continue to manifest the most authentic version of herself. Her book guides readers through the practices that have enabled her to harness and leverage her individual gifts and become her most influential self.

“I wrote this book to bring together the multi-faceted aspects of a yoga practice and to create a holistic, fun, colorful, and practical tool for living yoga on and off the mat. My dream is that this book touches the hearts of those who read it so they may live more fully from their most authentic self and realize the gifts they have to share with the world”
