Reiki
Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is an ancient technique used for reducing stress and anxiety, lessening pain and swelling, increasing relaxation and encouraging the body into a balanced and healed state of well-being. It is a gentle, subtle, yet powerful energy healing art. From two Japanese words, Rei – meaning higher knowledge or spiritual consciousness (energy); Ki meaning life force or energy, Reiki is spiritually guided life force energy. In a typical Reiki session the receiver lies down fully clothed on a massage table while the Reiki practitioner gently lays their hands on different areas of the body and allowing Reiki energy to flow from the hands to the client. The receiver may experience waves of peace and calm, sensations of hot or cold coming from the practitioners’ hands, colorful visions, memories resurfacing, emotional release or nothing at all. Many times the client will become so relaxed that they simply fall asleep. Each client will have the perfect experience for them at that moment.

Thai Yoga Massage
Thai Yoga Massage (TYM) is an ancient practice developed more than 2,500 years ago. TYM combines principles of yoga, acupuncture, and Ayurvedic teachings to create a state of deep relaxation, healing, and to restore balance to the mind, body, and spirit.
In TYM session, the practitioner flows through a sequence using a rhythmic rock in a series of stances, connecting the breath with traditional massage techniques such as palming, and thumbing. Practitioners may use palms, elbows, knees, forearms, and thumbs working along the sen lines, and marma points (energy points). The individual is passive, and the practitioner guides them into various hatha yoga poses creating a flow of bodywork movements.
TYM is completed on a special Thai floor mat, with use of props including pillows, bolsters, and a zafu. TYM is done fully clothed, and is recommended to wear loose-fitted comfortable clothing (shirt with sleeves, and long pants as you might dress for a yoga class).

A 90-minute session is highly recommended for a full body experience, sequence from feet to scalp. Positions vary between seated, supine (on back), prone (face down), and laying on sides. A 60-minute introductory sequence is available to focus on more targeted areas. TYM is beneficial to everyone. Please inform practitioners of any restrictions in movement, and health conditions. Practitioner is not qualified to treat or diagnose any medical condition.

Table Massage + TYM
Thai Yoga Massage is a floor-based practice using assisted stretching, steady pressure, and mindful touch, which is received fully clothed. Table Massage typically uses oil or massage cream with flowing, attentive, and dynamic techniques. Both styles offer different therapeutic approaches and are responsive to what each person needs in the moment. Both styles may be combined when useful and beneficial to the client

Complimentary Coherence Healing
Inspired by the work and her training with Dr. Joe Dispenza, Anna Ferguson, founder of World Peace Yoga is part of this remote/zoom Coherence Healing group. The group facilitates 4-5 sessions a week and each session is around 60 minutes. There are up to 4 healees in each session. When you sign up, you stay on for the full duration to allow everything to integrate.
