What are plant-based vegan foods? Fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and grains (please no animal milk, eggs, or honey).
Organic, gluten-free, nut-free, and/or oil and sugar free dishes are appreciated. Or if you’d rather just enjoy the vegan goodness, a suggested donation of $9 is encouraged.

Cooking Classes

Are you interested in finding more ease and inspiration in preparing healthy meals? Unsure where to start on your plant-based journey?  These cooking classes focus on preparing your kitchen with equipment and staple plant-based ingredients as well as enhancing your ability to prepare a variety of recipes that everyone may enjoy.  

Kitchens are an important part of a home where people gather, prepare, and share food. It is a place where love is shared through the preparation of delicious colorful meals.  In these cooking classes you become friends with your kitchen.  Whether you’re someone intimidated by your kitchen or a seasoned cook, these classes will assist you in the art of healthy plant-based cooking.
