Get Grounded, Standing Poses with Anna and Noah

This video is one from the archives…it’s a short standing sequence (six minutes) of me practicing with my son Noah. There is no instruction, only beautiful music thanks to HuDost.

An asana/yoga practice does not have to be any particular length. Fit in what you are able. Distractions are inevitable. Just one minute of consciously breathing and grounding through your feet may just give you a different outlook on your day.
