Christy began her regular meditation practice in college and soon discovered yoga asana, surprised by how deeply the two complemented each other. Experiencing classes across corporate, gym, and collegiate settings, she quickly recognized how much the presence of meditation and spirituality varied by venue. Christy felt most connected, grounded, and attuned to those around her when classes emphasized collective breathing and intentional focus. Inspired by this sense of connection, she joined World Peace Yoga and completed 650 hours of teacher training to share the transformative depth of yoga with others.
Today, she delights in guiding individuals toward feeling good in their bodies and aging gracefully through conscious breathwork and movement.
