Studio Policies

As of October 28, 2026: New Policies, Same Peaceful Vibes

Arriving for Classes

  • Arrive 5-10 minutes early to check-in for class and settle in for your practice. When class begins our front doors lock and late arrivals will not be permitted to enter class. Please see more on our “Late Arrival Policy” below.
  • Wear comfortable clothes that you can easily move in.
  • Remove shoes as soon as you enter, before entering the studio. No shoes are permitted in the studio.
  • Restrooms are available and can be used as changing space. Our bathroom has plenty of room for changing before and after class.
  • We encourage practitioners to bring water. We have a fresh water dispenser for refills and our reusable cups are available for use.
  • New practitioners/clients must sign our waiver prior to their first class. This can be done on Walla when you sign-up for class and create your account. If your waiver is not signed, our team will stop you to sign before class begins. You can view our current Waiver Agreement for complete terms.

Cellphones + Personal Belongings

  • Please leave shoes at entrance and bring  personal belongings to store in studio space. You agree that we are not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal property you bring or leave with World Peace Yoga.
  • To maintain a peaceful and distraction-free environment, we ask that all phones be turned off or silenced. Enjoy your time on the mat, unplugged!
    • If you are on-call or a caretaker and must keep your phone with you, we understand—just please step out of the studio to use it.
    • Photos and videos are welcome before or after class, but no active phone use during class.
  • Please silence all devices when you arrive. Phone ringing in the class can be distracting for fellow practitioners enjoying classes or services.

Studio Space + Props Policies

  • Our in-studio space is limited to 20 practitioners per class and we typically allow 18 bookable spots per class.
  • Mat locations are first come, first serve. If you have a preferred spot, we recommend arriving early.
  • Bring your own mat. Mat rentals are always free for members.
  • All other props are provided. Please wipe and return all props neatly to their storage area after class and leave our yoga home tidy for the next class.

No-Show + Cancellation Policies

To support fellow practitioners with access to classes, World Peace Yoga enforces the following cancellation and attendance policies:

CLASSES

If you can no longer make a class, please cancel your reservation at least 6 hours before the class begins to allow another practitioner to attend. To cancel, please login to your Walla account and cancel your reservation. If you need assistance, please email yoga@worldpeaceyoga.com or text 513-908-8202 with at least 12 hours notice.

Any notice less than 6 hours will be considered a “late cancellation.” A practitioner who does not show up for class will be considered a “no show.”

“Late Cancel” and “No Show” fees will be applied as follows:

  • Drop-ins and class pack classes will not be refunded/credited in the event of a late cancellation.
  • Unlimited members will be charged a $5 late cancellation fee or a $10 no-show fee.

We encourage practitioners to cancel their reservation as early as possible, even if it’s within the 6-hour window. Timely cancellations, even if late, allow us to offer the spot to another practitioner and will help you avoid the higher no-show fee.

We will always be flexible in the event of emergencies and illnesses. Please reach out to us directly if you need consideration due to special circumstances. Please make every effort to let us know BEFORE class begins so your spot can become available for another person.

WORKSHOPS + SPECIAL EVENTS

You must cancel 24 hours prior to the start of the workshop or special event to receive a refund. Refunds will be credited to your account to use for a future service. To cancel, please login to your Walla account and cancel your reservation or you can email yoga@worldpeaceyoga.com or text 513-908-8202 with at least 24 hours notice.

PRIVATE LESSONS, PRIVATE CLASSES + APPOINTMENTS

You must cancel or reschedule all private lessons, classes or appointments with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations less than 24 hours will not be refunded. To cancel, please email yoga@worldpeaceyoga.com or text 513-908-8202.

Waitlist Policy

We encourage practitioners to add themselves to the waitlist as there is a high likelihood that they will still make it into class due to cancellations. When you sign-up for class, please pay close attention to if you are adding yourself to the waitlist. The button next to the class will say “Waitlist” rather than “Sign-up”

We strongly encourage practitioners to add themselves to the waitlist—there are always cancellations before class begins, and you will likely get in! However, if you’re on the waitlist, that means you are committed to attending if a spot opens. If you do get into class, you will be subject to the late cancel and no-show policy.

If you no longer plan to come to class or wouldn’t be able to make it with short notice, please remove yourself from the waitlist so the next person can take the spot. For example, if you know that finding out less than 1 hour before class begins does not give you enough time to get there, then please remove yourself from the waitlist at that time.

Late Arrival Policy

Practitioners are not permitted to enter class more than 5 minutes late.

  • If a team member is not available, the doors will be locked at the beginning of class.
  • If a team member is available and therefore able to let you in, you will be permitted to enter class up to 5 minutes late. Please wait till after the opening/settling period to join the class (wait for movement/posture practice to begin).
  • People who are more than 5 minutes late will not be allowed to enter class even if a team member is present out of respect for everyone else’s experience.

Please note: We are a small studio and do not always have a team member available. The teacher may hang around a couple extra minutes checking people in but when they are ready to start class the door will be locked. Once class begins we want our teachers to give their full attention to the practitioners that have arrived on time, and they will not be able to check phone messages, stop class, or let you in.

Early Departure Policy

To maintain a peaceful class experience for all students, we ask that anyone needing to leave class early exit before relaxation begins. This protects the integrity of the closing rest and minimizes disruptions for others.

If you anticipate needing to leave early, please place your mat near the studio exit and inform your instructor before class begins.
