Mark Stroud

Practicing yoga for over 40 years, Mark is a Culinary Olympic award-winning vegan chef, co-founder of World Peace Yoga, and yogi teaching cooking classes, yoga philosophy, and meditation. Growing up around his Grandmother’s catering business, Mark was exposed to professional food preparation, i.e. kitchenasana early in life. In the 1980’s he opened Cincinnati restaurant Christos and Drivakis; voted one of the ten best vegetarian restaurants in the country by Vegetarian Times magazine. Chef Stroud was part of a vegan team at the Culinary Olympics in Frankfurt, Germany that won a bronze medal. He is passionate about vegan cooking and making greater steps to world peace.
