Sometimes, all it takes is a minute for a shift in perspective, mood, or attitude. Sometimes, all it takes is a minute to change our mind and choose to feel courageous instead of afraid, patient and encouraged instead of frustrated, calm instead of angry, or equanimity instead of agitation. I’ve experienced my son Noah change his mind and shift his perspective in just a minute, which is a nice reminder for me that I am able to do the same.
