I’m grateful to have discovered the transformational power of yoga ten years ago at a low point in life where I was facing many challenges. Depressed and disconnected from my body, a yoga asana practice was the very first step I made toward a healthier and happier life. Since then, my journey has naturally spiraled in profound ways, leading to deep and meaningful connections not only with my body, but with divinity itself and the world at large.
I am passionate about Bhakti Yoga in particular, which aims at cultivating recognition of and devotion to the divine within all things. This devotional spirit fuels my passion not just for practicing and sharing yoga, but for life itself and all its timeless mysteries that yoga helps us understand.
Much of who I am today is directly thanks to the teachings of yoga, so it is an honor to be in a role where I can pass along the magic of this practice. I’m a graduate of the World Peace 300-hour Foundational Yoga Teacher Training program and a certified facilitator of Yoga Therapy through the Amrit Yoga Institute. I’m also passionate about creativity as a means of divine expression through singing, dancing, gardening, reading, and writing.
