Intro to the Eight Limbs of Yoga

To create a deeply therapeutic and holistic practice for balance and harmony, Patanjali divides the practices of yoga into an eight-limbed path to enlightenment. This eight-limbed path, also known as raja yoga, the path of royal union is a practice that increases awareness and awakens consciousness.
